This is the system you use when you go to a website and you search anonymously.  The benefit IS your anonymity, but the information you have is not complete, and it could be days old.  Even brokers who provide their listings to Trulia and Zillow, like Rubloff, “push” the listings through the system every day.  By the time a listing is entered into the office system, and then through the MLS (within 72 hours) and another day is added for filtering through the secondary system, the information is stale. In addition, not all information about the property is included — certainly not everything you would find in a broker’s multiple listing service.  It’s basically an advertising site.

VOW:  Virtual Office Website

This listing search requires you to sign in and get a password.  The benefits of registration are great:
